The waterproof Haix Tactix GTX Boot is the successor to the popular Airpower P3.
With its low weight and a shaft height of 24 cm, it is perfect for outdoor use. Due to the sporty tip and heel drop, there is an optimal step and roll behavior. With its low weight, the PU damping wedge ensures excellent running properties. The integrated HAIX® Climate System uses the pumping movement that occurs when walking and transports moisture to the ventilation openings on the shaft and tongue. In this way, best possible circulation is guaranteed. In addition, the HAIX® Arch Support System supports the natural arching of the metatarsus. This means that toes and balls of the feet have sufficient space and wrong positions of the feet are effectively prevented.
The antistatic Tactix GTX impresses with its leather-textile material mix. Reinforcements in very stressed areas make it extremely robust. The upper material consists of soft, supple Leather with a 2.0–2.2 mm thickness, very hard-wearing Polyamide insert. Accordingly, the boot is hydrophobic and breathable. The inner lining (GORE-TEX® Extended), an abrasion-resistant lining material with the highest level of climate comfort, makes it ideal for flexible use indoors and outdoors as well as at warmer temperatures. In addition, the anatomically shaped, washable insole is equipped with very good moisture absorption and quick re-drying. A large plastic joint increases the stability of the sole, which prevents punctual pressure on the sole of the foot, for example from stones. The moisture-absorbing Texon insole rounds off the boot perfectly.
